The Sunset Marina is protected by two breakwaters and has easy access to the Gulf and Atlantic waters. Wet slips offer electric, telephone, water and sewer.

The residences that overlook the marina are beautiful indoors and out. Sunset views are spectacular from the balconies and the residences are gated and offer many amenities including a pool. Residences start in the $500K range and some offer an included Dockominium (your own boat slip!).

We recommend Truman & Company Key West Real Estate for help finding a residence at Sunset Marina.

Sailfish in Key West

One of the best fish fights you may ever remember is a battle with an Atlantic Sailfish. Key West has plenty of them in the winter months and all year long they are caught and released here in the Keys. Sailfish jump madly in the air when hooked and are brilliant blue and purple in color when they are 'lit up'. Captains and guides here in Key West use live bait and also troll for these beautiful sailfish.
